Tip: What to do when Juicing isn't an option?

I recommmend keeping with you a bottle of fresh Trinity, Fiji, or Evian bottled water and adding powdered super foods such as camu powder to boost the nutrient content of the water. I like adding Gold Rush as well!

Also, putting some fresh mint leaves or other fresh leaves of herbs brings some great nourishment to the water. You can even experiment with essential oils!

Also, carry some lemons and limes and Celtic or Himalayan salt around with you so you can put/squeeze some of this into your water to make a quick electrolyte drink!

Also, put some goji berries into your water as well...over time the essence seeps into the water...this is true of any dried fruit, vegetable, or sea vegetable. This is the power of herbal teas!

Finally, you can always just chew on some fruit and veggies....although this takes some patience!

I like to write the word "Love" on my water bottle when I get the opportunity and I like to keep the water cool or cold...seems to deeply nourish me more in this state.

Finally, you can opt for some of the cooked stuff if you are really desparate...sometimes something is better than nothing, or sometimes not. Only you will know the answer to that in the moment...
