Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must choose "Three Day Shipping (3 business days)" and we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

International Orders:
If your order is shipping to a country other than the USA or Canada, you must choose the "International Shipping" option. You may be required by your government to pay a customs fee. NatuRAW is not responsible for these customs fees, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Recycled and Biodegradable Packaging:
In accordance with our mission to care for the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse. We also use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of 100% recycled material. We purchase clean waste paper collected from local sources, and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts".
