Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call, fax or e-mail for prior approval before
returning any items. No returns accepted without
prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping.
Credit will be given after the product is returned
and inspected. No refunds, credits or exchanges
after thirty days.
Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers,
Dehydrators, Etc.):
Items in new condition with the original warranty,
10% restocking fee. Items in new condition without
warranty, 15% restocking fee. Items in used condition
with the original warranty, 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy for All Other Products (Supplements,
Superfoods, Etc.):
Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened
and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply
enclose a note with it to let us know how you would
like your credit to be issued - immediately to your
charge card, store credit, or exchange. Our return

General Returns Information:
Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged
a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged
a 10% restocking fee.
If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.
Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service at 1-800-NATURAW or +1-415-456-1719. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.
